The Junior CSM role is the perfect first step. You will support and manage smaller clients, collaborate with project teams, and gradually take on more responsibilities – from monitoring satisfaction and co-organising meetings to helping create client development plans and supporting teams in achieving their project goals.
In more complex projects and challenges, you’ll work side by side with experienced CSMs and learn by doing.
